Echoes of the Open World - JRPG OST Vol. 1 is now officially released

A complete JRPG soundtrack built around a single evolving leitmotif.

This volume explores warm landscapes, quiet villages, mystical ruins, lantern-lit nights and rising battles, all connected through one recurring melodic idea that shifts in tone, colour and emotion as it travels across the world. Each track reshapes the theme in a new way — sometimes bright and hopeful, sometimes mysterious, sometimes calm, and sometimes driven by conflict.  

The goal was to create a soundtrack that feels cohesive yet varied, supporting a wide range of scenes in an RPG adventure.

🌱 What this volume represents

This OST began as a simple experiment: How many emotional landscapes can grow from a single melody?

That idea became the foundation of a full musical world — from fields and ruins to night themes and battle cues. It's the starting point for a trilogy of JRPG soundtracks I’m building, each exploring a different expression of the leitmotif.
